Employees
Members of the TimeTracking-Employees group get an active record automatically the first time they sign in; complete their ID, contract and hours here. Add records by hand only for people outside that group (e.g. admins who also clock in). Mark someone inactive to stop them clocking in.

Record integrity
Recomputes the hash chain (HMAC in KMS) from the start and detects any deleted, inserted or tampered event. It also runs automatically every night, together with a check of the immutable copy in S3.
